In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "jl1111", "we", "us", or "our" refers to jl1111.asia and the entity operating the platform under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR authorization.
• "Platform" refers to the jl1111 website accessible at jl1111.asia and all associated services, games, applications, and tools made available through it.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether or not registered.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Real Money Play" refers to wagering using actual Philippine Peso (PHP) funds deposited into a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits issued by jl1111 that are subject to wagering requirements and separate terms before withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required under PAGCOR and Philippine AML regulations.

Each individual may register only one Account on jl1111. The opening of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account, including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, email address, and date of birth. You agree to keep this information updated at all times. jl1111 is not responsible for problems arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your credentials with any other person.
• Notify jl1111 immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account.
• Ensure that you fully log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

jl1111 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, except in cases of our own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any rights therein to any other party. Any such transfer shall be null and void.

jl1111 is required by PAGCOR and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires the submission of the following:

• A clear, unobstructed photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or passport).
• A selfie photograph of you holding the same ID, clearly showing both your face and the document.
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account under the same name).

KYC verification does not affect your ability to deposit and play immediately after registration — it only gates the processing of withdrawal requests. jl1111 will process KYC submissions within 1–3 business days. You will be notified of the outcome via email or in-platform notification.

jl1111 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods. Deposits are credited to your Account wallet upon confirmation by the payment processor. jl1111 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your jl1111 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallet methods. jl1111 processes standard withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be fulfilled before the bonus-derived portion of your balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• jl1111 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱200,000 in aggregate monthly withdrawals, in compliance with Philippine AML regulations.
• Withdrawal requests may not be cancelled once submitted and entered into processing.

jl1111 offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback deals, free spins, tournament prizes, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to their individual terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

All Bonus Funds issued by jl1111 are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered on qualifying games before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.

jl1111 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend the Account of any Player found to be:

• Opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using betting strategies designed to minimize risk on wagering requirements (e.g., placing offsetting bets across different outcomes).
• Abusing promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with the intent of the promotion as determined by jl1111 in its sole discretion.

All bonuses and free spins issued by jl1111 have an expiry period stated in their individual terms. Bonuses not activated or wagering requirements not completed within the stated expiry window will be automatically forfeited without compensation.

All games available on jl1111 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) based games on jl1111 — including online slots, RNG table games, bingo, and virtual sports — use independently audited RNG systems that ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical equipment (cards, roulette wheel, dice) in the live studio environment.

In the event of a technical failure, communication disruption, or system malfunction during a game round on jl1111, the round may be void and the wager amount returned to the Player's Account. jl1111's system logs constitute the authoritative record of all game transactions. In cases of discrepancy between the Player's device display and jl1111's server logs, the server logs shall prevail.

jl1111 may apply maximum single-session or single-transaction winning limits on certain games or promotions. Where applicable, these limits are displayed in the game information panel. Winnings exceeding applicable limits will be capped at the stated maximum.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jl1111 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Using third-party software, bots, automated tools, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the house.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain unauthorized advantages. Discovered errors must be reported to jl1111 support immediately.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino, poker, or tournament games.
• Accessing or attempting to access jl1111 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jl1111 staff or other Players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any component of the Platform.

jl1111 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting Players from the potential harms of excessive gambling. We take this obligation seriously as a PAGCOR-regulated platform.

jl1111 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. We actively verify age through the KYC process and will suspend Accounts found to violate this requirement.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Use jl1111's trademarks or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform by automated means.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl1111 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of funds, data, profits, or winnings arising from circumstances beyond jl1111's reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet connectivity failures, hardware failures, third-party payment processor outages, force majeure events, or cyber-attacks.
• Actions of third parties, including payment service providers (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO), game content suppliers, or regulatory bodies.
• Errors or omissions in game content supplied by third-party game providers, subject to jl1111's obligation to maintain fair gameplay standards under PAGCOR regulations.

In all cases, jl1111's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl1111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player is found to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.
• jl1111 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• jl1111 is required to do so by PAGCOR or any applicable Philippine regulatory authority or court order.
• The Player requests account closure.

Upon Account closure for cause, jl1111 shall process any legitimate balance remaining in the Account — after deduction of any amounts attributable to bonus abuse or fraud — within 30 business days via the Player's verified payment method, subject to the outcome of any investigation.

jl1111 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through one or more of the following channels:

• Email notification to your registered email address.
• In-platform notification displayed upon your next login to jl1111.
• Publication of a revised version of these Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and jl1111, you agree to first contact our support team at the email address provided in Section 16 to seek informal resolution. jl1111 will endeavour to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receiving a written complaint.

If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official dispute resolution channels.
